Soma refab/redux update from the shop…

We are mid-way through the build-time madness, and every division of our crew is hard at work bringing this iteration of Soma together. The fabrication crew got the upper dodecahedron up and assembled, in order to work on some additions and alterations that are new to this installation. The forklift comes in handy for incomplete structural situations like this:

Meanwhile, the geeks crawled all over the dendrites and removed the circuit boards, for testing and triage. Then on Sunday we soldered dozens of new boards, with plenty more to go this coming weekend. We had an excellent turnout, got some new FLGs up to speed and populated every board we had the parts to complete:
